Reddish brown malty ale, with the hint of piney flavor from spring time spruce tips. Our all time best seller. Base of the beer is close to Brittish bitter. In Finland we have trationally used juniper twigs to season our sahti. Origin of Metsän Henki - spruce shoot ale relates to these traditions which we want to honor by using Finnish spruce to give a hint of silent clean forest we have here.
