FISKARS X MARBLE - Barley Wine brewed in collaboration with our friends at Marble Beers from Manchester. It is a robust but refined barley wine, which gets its twist from 50 birch whisks steeped in mash water and added birch sap. A dark, sweet tone is brought by muscovado sugar and Citra, Centennial and Galaxy were used as hops. The birch whisks were put good re-use later in the sauna.
