When our brewery, which specializes in wild beers, met the Dutch Frontaal brewery, which has a solid knowledge of hopped beers, this dry-hopped wild beer was born. The guys at Frontaal found the perfect hop combo of Mandarina and Simcoe hops for our wild beer base fermented and matured in oak foeder.
